Ingredients
Flour 150 grams
Ghee 100 grams
Caster sugar 75grams
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Egg 1
Method
Beat ghee and sugar till creamy add vanilla essence and beaten egg beat for 2 minutes then fold in the flour and knead to smooth dough leave to rest for 10 minutes fill biscuit maker and take out different designs on a baking tray bake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
